Q1.How
long will it take for you to ship my order?
A1.Sweet Gifts tries its best to process and ship
most orders within 48-72 hours from the time of order entry (the date your order was placed).
Shipping times take between 2-5 days business days, depending on the products
popularity and time of season. Of course all our orders are made to order and occasionally
we may run out of certain candies,depending on the amount of orders we get that may use
the same items. When that happens, we will notify you of a possible delay in acquiring
replace stock. If this does happen, Sweet Gifts will notify you
as soon as we hear word from our distributors on the delivery of the stock items.
Q2.How
long will it take for my order to arrive?
A2.Orders shipped normally take 2-5 business
days to arrive. With the exception of some holidays when we get
overloaded. If this ever occurs we will email you as soon as we hear. Please remember we will only
ship gifts with a required signature on your end. Please be sure to supply an address where
someone 18 years old or older will be there to sign for your gift. We will not take
responsibility for any gifts that could not be delivered and signed for. Also we can not
ship to a P.O. box, nor can we take back an order that was not able to be delivered and signed
for. PLEASE BE ABSOLUTELY SURE SOMEONE WILL BE THERE OVER THE AGE OF 18 TO SIGN FOR YOUR GIFT.
Q3.Are
there any extra charges for some delivery destinations?
A3.Shipments to warm weather states or shipments made anytime
the weather temperature in the destination reaches above 75 degrees Fahrenheit, we will need to
ship your candy gifts with a cooler pack and only be able to ship those gifts 2-day or overnight. E-mail
notification of this additional charge will be sent, as this amount will not appear on the invoice
during checkout. Please be aware we will not build your order until we hear back from you agreeing
to the additional charge to ship.
Q4.It
has been about 10 days and my order has yet to arrive?
A4.Delivery time depends upon your orders destination,
and the type of items ordered, When the order was placed, and if we experienced any problems
we will email you with those possible delays. Remember UPS Ground shipments usually take 3-7 business
days to arrive and will only be made during cooler weather months. This in on top of the 48-72 hours
prior to the actual shipment of your order, we need to design your gift. Please note that weekends and
holidays are non-business days and should never be counted as such. Also we will not ship candy
Gifts on a Thursday or Friday during warm weather days to avoid any weekend lay covers during shipments.
Always order your gifts early to avoid any of these mentioned unforeseen delays.
Q6.Why are some products only shipped 2nd day or overnight? A6.Please understand, we are shipping perishable gifts and always want to assure that your gifts arrive in good condition. We even check weather conditions in your area right before shipping to be sure we can ship your items so they arrive in perfect condition. If we feel there is a need to change shipping delivery priority or need to add cooler packs to your delivery, we will stop delivery and email you with any changes that we need to make. Then we will wait until you approve the changes before continuing.
