We just cannot imagine why you would ever want to return any of our candy gifts, but just in case, here is our policy. Restrictions and local laws prohibit perishables from being returned. In the event Sweet Gifts makes an error, we will do everything in our power to correct the problem quickly. Considering the perishable nature of our products, all claims must be submitted within 2 days of receipt of merchandise. We will then act accordingly to try to make you happy. Remember you are responsible to receive the product on the day it arrives. We can not be responsible for packages that are not received and cared for after delivery is made. These gifts are perishable and should never be left in the weather or in an area above 70 degrees Farenheit. By law we can not take any perishable item back that was not received when delivered or not cared for properly after received. Heat is an enemy of our products. So be sure to be home on delivery day to receive and properly store your item in a cool place. We will not refund money for items that were not received on delivery day or products that were not cared for after delivery. We will not refund your purchase if you supplied the wrong delivery address so triple check the delivery address to be sure it is correct. Allergy Notice Sweet Gifts uses only pre-manufactured/ pre-packaged candies in our designs and gifts and can not be held responsible in any way for any of the candy used in our gifts.
